RE/MAX TRU & the Tamra Wade Team is overjoyed to have several of its builders participating in this year’s Parade of Homes. Parade of Homes, sponsored by Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association, is a free, annual event that showcases new homes around the metro Atlanta area. This event takes guests on a self-guided tour to see a plethora of beautiful homes and townhomes from different price points and styles. Three builders with RE/MAX TRU & the Tamra Wade Team are ready to showcase their gorgeous homes to the public: My Home Communities, Magnolia Residential Properties and Heatherland Homes.
My Home Communities placed two of its communities in this year’s Parade of Homes: Bowman Estates in Statham and Wellbrook in Covington. The Farmington floorplan in Bowman Estates offers four bedrooms and two-and-a-half to three bathrooms, while the community-at-large boasts large homesites, some being over one acre in size. The Landon II floorplan in Wellbrook is a five-bedroom, three-bathroom, two-story, single-family home with accommodations for a third car garage. Both communities are near several restaurants, shopping stores, and entertainment activities.
Villa Magnolia by Magnolia Residential Properties, in Alpharetta, will also be available for the Parade of Homes. The Sicily model home, is a three-story, four-bedroom, three-bathroom home offering 10-foot ceilings, open living spaces, gourmet kitchens, spa bathrooms and even an optional elevator. Villa Magnolia is conveniently located by the Maxwell shopping center, Avalon, downtown Alpharetta and backs up to Wills Park with walking path access and beautiful internal pocket green space providing a peaceful sanctuary for living.
Out of all the RE/MAX TRU & the Tamra Wade Teamparticipating builders, Heatherland Homes has the most entries with eight communities and totaling 20 homesites. These communities include Arnold Estates in McDonough, Camden Lake in Villa Rica, Cedar Grove Village in Fairburn, Kensington Park in Lithia Springs, Logan Park, Marvelle, Overlook at Hilltop, and Promenade at the Square all in Marietta. Throughout all of these communities, Heatherland Homes offers front porches, patios, pocket parks, fire pits, dog parks and other sought-after amenities.
